Starting in 1996 with a single object of activity, today, Romfracht Group is structured on 3 different business areas:

International transport and logistics, fiber production for dispersal reinforcement of concretes, and distribution of natural, enzymatic detergents.

Dedicated shipments, groupings, logistics, picking, door-to-door deliveries. An integrated system dedicated to any type of transport, regardless of its complexity, from every corner of the world.

Located in Bucharest, with a performant factory, dedicated to the production of metal and polypropylene fibers, we help builders achieve technical and economical performance by optimizing dispersed reinforcement solutions.

Ecological and of a new generation, the Eezym scope brings to our homes a non-toxic, clean environment with a positive impact on the latter. Enzymes are the natural and efficient alternative to cleaning products.

1996

Vladimir Mitroi founds Romfracht, a family business in the field of international freight shipments.

2002

Romfracht is expanding. We start the construction of a new headquarters, with 1,100 sqm of offices, and a 1,200 sqm warehouse in the Cernica area, Ilfov, near the exit on the A2 motorway to Constanta.

2004

We implement the ISO 9001 quality certification system.

2006

We complete the construction of the new headquarters. The logistics warehouse becomes operational. We join the international network of AOP shipping houses.

2007

With the help of the new warehouse, we start to offer grouping and distribution services. We expand the range of transport services offered, and we operate air transport for the first time.

We diversify our field of activity, becoming the sole distributor of Realco, a Belgian manufacturer of organic and innovative detergents based on natural enzymes.

2009

Romfracht accepts a new challenge and creates the metal and polypropylene fiber department for concrete reinforcement. A new business, a new field of activity, with a great development potential. We become the sole importer of Force Corporation in Romania, and we start selling fibers.

2011

We purchase and inaugurate the first metal fibre production line.

The shipping house joins the international network of WCA/IGLN forwarders. We start offering shipping services.

2012

We start the construction of a 5,000 sqm factory dedicated to the production of fibers for concrete reinforcement. We obtain EC certification for metal fibers.

2013

We become the leading manufacturer of metal and polypropylene fibers in Eastern Europe.

We implement the management systems ISO 9001/2008, ISO 18001/2008, and ISO 14001/2004.

2014

Vlad, the son of Vladimir Mitroi, joins the Romfracht team to confirm the continuity of the business.

2015

We start participating as exhibitors at international trade fairs.

The Fiber Department participates in one of the world's leading construction fairs, BAU Munich.

The Expeditions Department participates in the largest logistics fair, Transport Logistic Munich.

2016

Romfracht exceeds the threshold of 30 million Euro turnover and 100 employees.

We obtain CE certification for polypropylene fibers.

2017

We obtain AEO and ISO 27001/2015 certification. We enter the top 5000 private companies in Europe with the fastest growth rate – the Inc 5000 ranking.

2019

We make the transition from ISO 18001/2008 to ISO 45001/2018.

2020

We tap in the first pole at the new factory of prefabricated concrete elements. A new business line, a new challenge.
